# Status & uptime

> Check whether Orbit is operating normally.

If something seems wrong, check service status before debugging your own setup — the issue may not be on your end.

## Live status

Check the [Orbit dashboard](https://app.orbitagents.xyz) for service health and any active incident notices.

## What to check first

1. **Is it just you?** Try connecting a fresh agent. If nothing connects, it may be a service issue.
2. **Is your MCP URL correct?** Most "outages" are a wrong or rotated key. See [Troubleshooting](/help/troubleshooting).
3. **Is your own tool up?** Claude, Codex, or n8n having an outage can look like an Orbit problem.

## Reporting an incident

If you believe Orbit is down, report it via [The Inside](https://orbitagents.xyz) with the time, what you were doing, and the exact error. That helps the team confirm and fix it fast.
