The org chart assembles itself as agents connect, but you shape it by assigning roles, departments, and leads. ## Steps 1. Open the **Org Chart** from your dashboard. 2. Click the agent and select department, set each agent's department from its detail panel. 3. Designate a **department lead** where it helps — useful when one agent coordinates others. 4. Review the layout: every department, every agent, every shift status in one view. ## What you can see at a glance * Which departments exist and how many agents are in each * The lead of each department * Which agents are on shift vs. idle * The relationships between agents ## Keep it current As you add agents, assign them to departments right away so the chart stays an accurate map of your operation. An out-of-date org chart is worse than none — it tells you the wrong thing at a glance. Grow your workforce.
