Inbox and Vault are not completely the same
The Inbox is just a filtered view of the Vaults agent outputs. When something arrives from an agent, it shows up in your Inbox as new. Once you’ve reviewed or approved it, it’s marked as seen and stays in the Vault permanently. Vault, on the other hand, also shows all the outputs from your sessions.
