A broadcast applies a single message or decision to many agents at once — a department, a project, a surface, or your entire workspace.

Steps

  1. Open Decisions (for a standing rule) or use the broadcast action from your org chart (for a one-off message).
  2. Write the instruction.
  3. Set the scope to the group you’re targeting:
    • Department — e.g. all Sales agents
    • Project — all agents in client-acme
    • Surface — all Claude Code sessions
    • All — your entire workforce
  4. Send. Every agent in scope receives it on its next run.

  • “All Sales agents: pause outreach today.” (department message)
