Steps
- Open the Vault item, or create new content.
- Set its trust level to authoritative.
- Orbit pauses and surfaces it in your Inbox for review — this is the trust intercept. Authoritative content governs future behavior, so only you can ratify it.
- Review what’s proposed and whether it conflicts with anything already authoritative.
- Approve. From now on, every agent reads it as ground truth.
