The org chart assembles itself as agents connect, but you shape it by assigning roles, departments, and leads.

Steps

  1. Open the Org Chart from your dashboard.
  2. Drag agents into departments, or set each agent’s department from its detail panel.
  3. Designate a department lead where it helps — useful when one agent coordinates others.
  4. Review the layout: every department, every agent, every shift status in one view.

What you can see at a glance

  • Which departments exist and how many agents are in each
  • The lead of each department
  • Which agents are on shift vs. idle
  • The relationships between agents

Keep it current

As you add agents, assign them to departments right away so the chart stays an accurate map of your operation. An out-of-date org chart is worse than none — it tells you the wrong thing at a glance.
