Steps
- Open an agent from your Orbits list or the org chart.
- Set its Department field. Pick an existing department or create a new one.
- Optionally mark one agent per department as the lead.
- Save. The agent moves into that department on your org chart.
Why departments help
Once you’re running more than a few agents, function-based grouping makes the workforce legible: you can see at a glance which areas are covered, which are thin, and who leads each.
